“We went with Pensacola Inflatables for our Company Picnic and had over 250 people in attendance. Sometimes things just happen and in this case the truck hauling the inflatables had transmission issues. After being in business years I know problems happen and I tend to judge based on how a company handles the issue than an issue happening because owning a business those situations will always happen at the most inconvenient time. Pensacola Inflatables communicated, fixed and went above and beyond what some companies would have to fulfill their agreement. I’m proud to say I will use them for every event we have due to them solving the problem instead of just saying… oh well we lost a repeat customer!
